Feature Game: Blackburn Rovers vs Middlesbrough

Likely Lineups:
Blackburn Rovers: (3-4-3) Kaminski; Lenihan, van Hecke, Wharton; Rankin-Costello, Rothwell, Buckley, Edun; Markanday, Brereton Diaz, Khadra
Middlesbrough: (3-5-2) Lumley; Dijksteel, Fry, McNair; Jones, Crooks, Howson, Tavernier, Taylor; Sporar, Connolly

Preview: Blackburn Rovers will be looking to bounce back from their defeat during midweek as they host Middlesbrough.

Mowbray’s men fell to a surprising defeat last time out in the league, as they lost 2-0 to Hull City in a game where they would have been expecting to get all three points to keep the pressure up on the top two in their bid for promotion. They will be looking to bounce back here with a tough game against a side who they may well face come the end of the season in the mix for promotion. Markanday made his debut for the club as a substitute in the defeat at The KCOM after coming off the bench, and he will be pushing for a first start for Rovers here. That defeat against Hull City ended a 10-game unbeaten run in the league, and so they will be looking to start a fresh unbeaten run here if they are to continue their ascent for the top spot. They are now level on points with AFC Bournemouth and so missed a chance to move into the top two during midweek, but they are still well-placed to continue a promotion push and so Mowbray will be eager for them to get back to winning ways here.

Middlesbrough will arrive at Ewood Park in good form, having kept their unbeaten run going in their most recent outing by way of another late salvo, scoring twice through Matt Crooks to seal a 2-1 victory at home to Reading that extend their winning run to four games in the league. That result just encapsulated the spirit and character of the side that has been evident since Chris Wilder took over, and the appointment of the former Blades man has certainly had the desired effect, with Boro now sitting in the play-offs having won their last four league games and dropping only two points in their last five league games. This will provide them with an acid test of their promotion credentials, with a win moving them four points behind Rovers with a game in hand.

Prediction: Blackburn Rovers 2-2 Middlesbrough
Two sides that retain ambitions of a promotion to the top flight, and I think that this is going to be a super game for the neutral between two teams that will give it a right go. I am going for a draw, as I can’t make a case to separate either side in truth (even despite Rovers’ defeat during midweek). Crooks and Sporar on target for the away side, with Brereton Diaz adding to his tally with a goal and new signing Markanday to open his account.

One to Watch: Andraz Sporar – It is a battle of two impressive forwards here, with Ben Brereton Diaz and Andraz Sporar both spearheading their respective sides’ attacks, but with the Chilean having received plentiful supplies of praise already this term, I am going to shine the limelight on Sporar for the visitors, who I think could well get on the scoresheet.

Bristol City vs Cardiff City
Preview: Bristol City and Cardiff City will be looking to bounce back from defeats last time out as they face off in the Severnside Derby at Ashton Gate.

Bristol City come into the second Severnside Derby of the season looking to make it a brace of wins over their Welsh rivals this season, having won the first game 2-1 this season in the Welsh capital. Their form coming into it is not good, with only one win in their last five league games, and that return has left them sitting in lower mid-table as things stand. Nigel Pearson does have a couple of bits of team news to contend with, mainly that midfielder Tyreeq Bakinson has departed the club on loan to Ipswich Town and so will be unavailable for selection, likewise Nathan Baker who went off in their game against Fulham with a second concussion of the season and Pearson admitted that it may be the end of the season for the experienced defender. Their last outing came against a rampant Fulham in which they were hit for six, and so they will be eager to bounce back here.

Cardiff City arrive at Ashton Gate also on a bad run of form, with no wins in their last five league games and have picked up just the two points during that period, with Steve Morrison facing his first real spell of pressure after being appointed with The Bluebirds. They sit just four points above the drop zone as things stand, and so they will be eager to get a much-needed three points on the board to ease those relegation fears, and a win here in the derby could well be just the catalyst they need. Morrison did add to his side during the run-in to this game, with midfielder Tommy Doyle sealing a loan move from Manchester City after his loan in the Bundesliga was cut short, and he well be in contention to make his debut in Bristol. Moore remains out due to Coronavirus isolation, with Morrison highlighting their lack of quality in the final third and will want to see more from his attacking contingent here.

Prediction: Bristol City 2-1 Cardiff City
The Bluebirds will be eager to ensure they aren’t resigned to two Severnside defeats this term, but I am predicting them to do exactly that, with a plucky and characterful side in Bristol City to emerge as the winners courtesy of a brace of the self-dubbed Austrian Messi. Collins to reply for the visitors.

One to Watch: Andreas Weimann – The forward has been key for The Robins this term, with 12 goals to his name, and he will no doubt be the individual to whom they look in this one for inspiration going forward.

Nottingham Forest vs Derby County
Preview: Derby County head to The City Ground aiming to extend their unbeaten run in the league as they look to stay in the division, and they face in-form Nottingham Forest.

Steve Cooper would have been a happy boss last weekend, as they got back to winning ways in the league after back-to-back league defeats, scoring late on to get the better of Millwall at The Den. Lewis Grabban was deployed in a more reserved role behind the strikers for that trip, and it was experience that ultimately made the difference as he popped up with the winning goal right at the death. They have seen some transfer activity during the week, albeit outgoings rather in, as Carl Jenkinson has departed on loan and midfielder Tyrese Fornah likewise. New signing Richard Laryea remained unavailable for Forest as he did not make the bench, and Cooper will be looking for his side to get up to the challenge of a local derby here and make it back-to-back wins to move them back closer to the play-off places, given that they currently find themselves five points outside.

For Derby County, it has been another week unfortunately head-lined by troubled off the pitch, with the EFL reporting that their financial support is likely to run out in February and so another penalty could well be in the offing for The Rams. Wayne Rooney will be hoping that they do not get hit by another points deduction, with his side having done ever so well to get themselves back into the position they are. They are now only eight points from safety, with The Rams showing their quality by the bucket load last weekend as they managed to cope with the loss of Phil Jagielka by keeping another clean sheet, and a Tom Lawrence-inspired performance managed to see them get past Sheffield United with a 2-0 home victory. That win extends their unbeaten run, with County having dropped just two points out of their last five. While they remain free of any more sanctions for the time being, they will be looking to make hay whilst the sun shines and keep hunting down Reading in 21st.

Prediction: Nottingham Forest 1-1 Derby County
The way that The Rams are playing at the moment, you would not put it past them to stay up even despite the points deductions that they have been dealt this term, and I think that they will indeed strengthen their survival bid with a share of the spoils on the road as they hold their neighbours to a point. Lawrence again on target for the away side, as a goal from Zinckernagel secures the hosts a draw.

One to Watch: Tom Lawrence – The Rams skipper was the difference for Derby in their win over Sheffield United, and I think that he will be key in allowing the visitors to break down an otherwise stubborn Forest backline on the road.

Birmingham City vs Barnsley
Preview: Barnsley are still in search of their first win in the league under new boss Poya Asbaghi as they travel to out of sorts Birmingham City this weekend.

Blues boss Lee Bowyer said prior to their game against Fulham that he was *tongue-in-cheek* delighted to be facing The Cottagers given their form in front of goal of late, and the way it panned out it certainly proved to be a tough night for City as Fulham scored another six goals in dismantling The Blues in the capital. Bowyer, therefore, may be a bit happier that he is facing a Barnsley side that have struggled in front of goal of late. For Birmingham City, they have not won in their last five league games and picked up just the two points in the process, and so while the visitors come into this in equally poor form and bottom of the table, Bowyer’s men are indeed in worse form over their last five games and even this will be a struggle for them. There is a planned protest ahead of this one by the fans, and so Bowyer will be hoping his side can cancel out those noises and get the job done.

The visitors are a Barnsley that arrive at St Andrews still in search of their first win under new boss Poya Asbaghi in the league, with their only win so far coming in a mouth-watering clash against Barrow in the cup. The Tykes also come into this one with the added deflation of now being bottom of the table by way of Derby County’s win against The Blades, and with Barnsley eight points adrift of Reading as things stand and having not won in their last five league games, Asbaghi will start to be getting a little concerned as to the struggles ahead of them in the remainder of the campaign. As if their attacking struggles weren’t bad enough, Cauley Woodrow is now set for an extended spell on the sidelines after knee surgery, and Asbaghi will be hoping that one of the remaining forwards step up to the plate during the run-in. Against a struggling Blues side, they will see this as a must win game.

Prediction: Birmingham City 1-1 Barnsley
Both of these sides are not in the greatest run of form, and I am going for this to end in a draw with a result that will not really favour either side. A 1-1 draw at St Andrews, with Sunjic and Morris on target.

One to Watch: Ivan Sunjic – The midfielder scored a super goal in midweek as he was one of the sole shining lights of an otherwise disappointing display, and having lost Riley McGree from the midfield, Bowyer will be hoping that Sunjic can continue that form and be key for them during the run-in.

Blackpool vs Millwall
Preview: Blackpool will be aiming to make it back-to-back wins in the league as they host Millwall at Bloomfield Road.

Blackpool return to Championship action after their most recent outing against Barnsley was postponed due to Coronavirus in the opposite camp. Last time out, they secured all three points to end a run of back-to-back league defeats, and so they will be looking to pick up where they left off. Since they last took to the field, they have done a bit of business during the window in making the move for Owen Dale a permanent one after he has spent the initial part of this season on loan with The Seasiders. Their last game came in the FA Cup as they bowed out to Hartlepool United, and so Neil Critchley would have no doubt used their time to address one or two things and will be looking for them to bounce back here.

For Millwall, it was the same old story last week as they cursed their luck in front of goal and fell to a 1-0 defeat at home. As if the afternoon wasn’t bad enough for Gary Rowett, he lost both Sheyi Ojo and Tom Bradshaw to injury during that game, hence making it more surprising that he let go of two strikers – albeit not in favour – in Matt Smith and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson during the week, and hence Rowett will have to try and patch together an attacking lineup here, with Afobe and Bennett no doubt leading the line. They have now lost back-to-back games in the league, and it appears to be more of the same for The Lions as they languish in mid-table and going nowhere, and fans will no doubt be getting increasingly restless with that and want to see them put together a run of games to at least finish the season strongly, starting this weekend.

Prediction: Blackpool 2-1 Millwall
The Lions are the epitome of inconsistency, and personally would not be making any strong claim for them to take anything from this one, given that you are not sure which Lions side will turn up from one week to the next. I am predicting a winning return to the league for Blackpool, with goals from Lavery and Anderson doing the business as Afobe replies with a consolation for the visitors.

One to Watch: Keshi Anderson – The forward missed a lot of chances in their defeat to Hartlepool United, and he will be eager to respond well here by showing his boss that he is indeed worthy of a spot in this team going forward.

AFC Bournemouth vs Hull City
Preview: Hull City will be looking to continue their positive start to the new era under owner Acun Ilicali as they travel to promotion-chasing AFC Bournemouth.

Scott Parker’s side return to home soil and will be looking to bounce back after a minor set-back last weekend, as they did fantastically well to come from 2-0 down to level the contest by way of an improved second-half showing – with goals from Emiliano Marcondes and Morgan Rogers – but they then went and conceded late on that not only saw them pile further pressure on leaders Fulham, but also opened the door to the chasing pack and principally Blackburn Rovers. Dane Marcondes was rewarded for his strong showing in the cup with a start in the Cherries midfield, and so he will be wanting to continue that good form and repay the faith of manager Parker. Jamal Lowe was introduced at half-time and so may well be given a start here in a possible change. Returning Jordan Zemura may also be in contention after his side crashed out of AFCON 2021, albeit may only be ready for a spot on the bench.

The visitors on the South Coast are a Hull City side that arrive full of life and with a spring in their step, after the long-awaited takeover of the club by Turkish businessman Acun Ilicali went through, and he was in attendance as they kicked off his reign in charge of the club with a 2-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers in one of the more recent surprise results. However, it was fully deserved for The Tigers as they impressed, in particular Ryan Longman who continued his fine individual form with another two assists to add to his increasingly impressive numbers. After losing Josh Magennis to Wigan Athletic, a goal for Tom Eaves during midweek would be a welcome sight as he leads the line for the time being. As expected, the days since that win have been awash with talks of player incomings and indeed managerial outgoings, but while McCann remains in charge and no players are added, they will look to just focus on picking up points as they did in midweek to move further away from the drop zone.

Prediction: AFC Bournemouth 3-1 Hull City
The Tigers may well have more about them after the takeover was completed, but it is still the same manager and set of players making the trip down South that have struggled this term and I think that they will lose here to an AFC Bournemouth eager to respond after last weekend. I am going for a 3-1 home win, with Lowe, Rogers and Marcondes on scoresheet, while Eaves scores again for the visitors.

One to Watch: Jamal Lowe – The forward came off the bench in the second-half as Parker looked to shuffle the pack after a poor first-half showing, and I think that he will be rewarded with a start after the impact he made.

Coventry City vs Queens Park Rangers
Preview: Queens Park Rangers will be aiming to make it four straight wins in the league and strengthen their play-off prospects as they travel on the road to face Coventry City.

Coventry City will come into this game with a much rosier outlook, having got back to winning ways in emphatic fashion last time out as they ran out 4-1 winners against Peterborough United in a performance that was more like the Sky Blues side that we were treated to at the start of the season. That win puts them five points behind Middlesbrough in the hunt for the play-offs and with two games in hand, and so Mark Robins will be hoping that his side is able to now put a run of results together to start their climb back up the table and into promotion contention. Ian Maatsen remains sidelined for City, and while Jordan Shipley played there in his absence against The Posh, it is likely that Jake Bidwell will be handed his debut by Robins to fill in on the left after signing from Swansea City. Kyle McFadzean also represents a likely change to the side, coming in at the back.

For Queens Park Rangers, they arrive off the back of a confidence boost of their own, and manager Mark Warburton would have been really pleased with the performance of his side as they boosted their promotion credentials with a statement victory over West Bromwich Albion, with Charlie Austin scoring late on to win it for The Hoops. They sit just five points off 2nd-placed AFC Bournemouth with a game in hand, and so will be eager to follow up their win over The Baggies with another here to pile the pressure on to The Cherries and indeed Blackburn Rovers, to hopefully make some headway in their bid for promotion. Two players that will again be missing for Rangers are African duo Ilias Chair and Seny Dieng, with both Morocco and Senegal having progressed to the next round of the AFCON 2021 Championships and so will once again miss out.

Prediction: Coventry City 1-1 Queens Park Rangers
Both of these sides will see this as a really good opportunity to strengthen their respective promotion pushes, but I am going for a draw here. I think that it will be a close contest and with the hosts buoyed by their return to winning ways last time, the game will end 1-1. Austin again on the scoresheet for the visitors, with Hamer getting amongst the goals for the host.

One to Watch: Charlie Austin – The experienced forward proved his worth last time out as he scored the only goal of the game, and I think that he will be key for them here on the road.

Reading vs Huddersfield Town
Preview: Reading face a tough test this weekend if they are to turn their rotten recent run in the league around as they entertain in-form Huddersfield Town at The Madejski Stadium.

Well, what is new? Another week has come and gone and The Royals once again come into this game off the back of a defeat, losing 2-0 at home to Luton Town during midweek. The build up to this game has seen more departures and selection woes, with goalkeeper Rafael Cabral departing the club to return to native Brazil, while skipper Liam Moore is out of favour after putting in a transfer request, an act that has since seen him lose the captaincy. Andy Carroll was also unavailable for The Royals against Luton Town after he departed upon expiry of his deal, but with George Puscas again failing to impress, the returning Lucas Joao may well be in for a start here following his return to the first-team fold after injury. Defender Michael Morrison was a welcome boost, as he started at the heart of defence, albeit Hoilett and Tetek joined an ever-growing injury list. They have just picked up just the single point in their last five league games, and Paunovic will be mindful that they will need to start picking up points fast.

The visitors at The Madejski Stadium are a Huddersfield Town side that fell out of the play-offs last time out even despite managing to grab a point, with a win for Middlesbrough enough for The Terriers to drop out of the top six for the time being. However, Carlos Corberan will be pleased with the form of his side, with Town on an unbeaten run in the league stretching back to 27th November in which they fell to defeat against Middlesbrough. Daniel Sinani scored last time out, but will be unavailable for Town here as he left the contest early with injury, and so Scott High – who came on at the interval in his place – is likely to come into the side for him here.

Prediction: Reading 1-2 Huddersfield Town
The Terries will head to The Madejski and will smell blood, knowing that they can go and get the win if they want to against a depleted and out-of-sorts Reading side. I think that they will get all three points here, with the visitors emerging as the winners by a 2-1 scoreline as a returning goal for Lucas Joao is not enough to earn a point, with goals from Sorba Thomas and Josh Koroma doing the business.

One to Watch: Sorba Thomas – Who else? In truth, that is not simply true as there have been many outstanding performers for Town this year, but the Welsh international has been superb and against a Royals defence whose full-backs are make-shift, Thomas will be licking his lips at the prospect of facing them.

Sheffield United vs Luton Town
Preview: Sheffield United will be looking to get back to winning ways in the league after their loss last time out as they entertain Luton Town at Brammall Lane.

After making such a positive start to Paul Heckingbottom’s time in charge of The Blades, they have since not won in their last two league outings, picking up just the single point in the process as they drew with Preston North End. Heckingbottom would have bitterly disappointed with that, as they raced into a 2-0 lead away from home against a North End side that had a man sent-off a minute before their second, but they threw away two goals and with it two points, and so will be looking for a reaction here. He bemoaned his sides lack of cutting edge in the final third of the pitch, and so David McGoldrick – who started the game on the bench – could well be in contention to start this one. Heckingbottom will put extra focus on this game no doubt, with defeat hear moving The Hatters four clear of The Blades while a win moves The Blades above their opponents.

Luton Town arrive at Brammall Lane full of confidence. Last weekend, they managed to hold their nerve to snatch a late winner at home to promotion contenders AFC Bournemouth at Kenilworth Road. Jones would have no doubt been slightly disappointed with the way in which his side allowed a 2-0 goal lead to slip, but the grit, character and application to the cause that has now become trademark of The Hatters under his leadership once again came to the fore and he would have been pleased with that element of the victory. In midweek, they got the better of Reading with a comfortable 2-0 victory, and he said in wake of that result that special things are happening, but they still find themselves seven points outside the top six even despite their four games without defeat in the league, and so they are going to have to back the win at The Madejski up if they are to make real ground on the play-offs.

Prediction: Sheffield United 2-2 Luton Town
The Hatters are, in the words of Nathan Jones, doing something special. That has most probably given them the jinx as it most often does, but I think that they will extend their unbeaten run here as they manage to come away from Brammall Lane with a share of the spoils. A 2-2 draw, with goals from Sharp, McGoldrick, Adebayo and Jerome seeing the game finish level.

One to Watch: Elijah Adebayo – The forward is crucial to the way that The Hatters play, with his energy and dynamism key to them being able to press from the front. Against a Blades backline that can be got at, I think that Adebayo will be important for them here in using his pace to give them out an outlet on the break and cause problems for The Blades.

Stoke City vs Fulham
Preview: Stoke City face a tricky test this weekend and an acid test of their promotion credentials as they host free-scoring leaders Fulham to The Bet365 Stadium.

Stoke City got back to winning ways in their most recent Championship outing, triumphing with a 2-1 victory over strugglers Hull City with Michael O’Neill absent. Youngster D’Margio Wright-Phillips impressed in his first start in the league. Defenders Phil Jagielka and Taylor Harwood-Bellis and attacking player Lewis Baker all made their debuts for the club after signing in the lead up to the game, and will be looking to build upon their promising first outing for City with another impressive display here. Midfielder Sam Clucas was key to their win over The Tigers, with the former City man getting both assists as they ran out comfortable winners in the end to move to within four points of the play-offs. This will provide them with an acid test of their promotion qualities here, and so as O’Neill returns to the dugout, they will see this as the perfect opportunity to show what they are about.

Marco Silva takes his side North with a spring very much in their step, with Fulham having been in rampant mood of late, with their 6-goal haul against Birmingham City making it 19 goals in 3 matches as they have consolidated their spot at the top of the Championship, marking their return to form with three straight league victories. Youngster Fabio Carvalho very much grabbed the headlines against The Blues, grabbing two goals in the contest and also registering an assist, and was a constant threat throughout with his dancing feet and invention going forward. They now have a 5-point gap at the top of the Championship, and they will be looking to extend that here.

Prediction: Stoke City 1-3 Fulham
While The Potters impressed last weekend, it will take a mammoth effort to stop Fulham at the moment and the way they are going about their business with such consummate ease, and I think that The Cottagers will record another win here as they run out 3-1 winners. Goals from Mitrovic, Cairney and Carvalho do the business, with Wright-Phillips capping a first start last week with a goal this.

One to Watch: Aleksandr Mitrovic – Take your pick! So many of The Cottagers side have impressed of late, and it is perhaps a little surprising that Fulham scored another six goals during midweek and yet Mitrovic did not even get one! He will be looking to get on the scoresheet here as they will try to continue their form in front of goal.

Swansea City vs Preston North End
Preview: Preston North End will be looking to continue their promising start to life under Ryan Lowe as they travel to Wales to face Swansea City.

Swansea City come into this game off the back of a rotten run of form, with The Swans having not win in their last four league outings and picked up just the one point in the process, coming last time out against Huddersfield Town in which they came from behind for a share of the spoils. Jamie Paterson, who has impressed for them this term, remains as contractual frustrations continue to bubble over as he looks set about forcing an exit. They have added in that part of the pitch for this one, with Hannes Wolf joining on loan from German side Borussia Monchengladbach until the end of the season, and he will be looking to make his debut in this one. Martin will be light of two defensive options, with Jake Bidwell departing the club to join Coventry City after finding game time limited under the new boss, while Rhys Williams has returned to parent club Liverpool, otherwise it will be more of the same for Martin as they look to get back to winning ways.

For The Lilywhites, meanwhile, they are still yet to lose in the league after Ryan Lowe was appointed as their new boss. They showed real fight last time out as they battled back from 2-0 down with ten men to earn a share of the spoils at home to Sheffield United, and so Lowe will be pleased with that and will be hoping that they can build on that performance here. Patrick Bauer has recently signed a new contract and will once again start of the defence, with his form timely given Hughes’ dismissal last weekend and so that will present Lowe with a change enforced upon him this weekend, with Rafferty or Cunningham both candidates to come into the side given both started on the bench last time out.

Prediction: Swansea City 1-1 Preston North End
Preston North End come into this one with a spring in their step after a good recent run under new boss Ryan Lowe, and I think that they will continue that unbeaten run with a draw here. I am predicting the game will finish 1-1, with goals from Emil Riis Jakobsen and Joel Piroe doing the business for either side.

One to Watch: Cyrus Christie – The wing-back has slotted into the side well since he joined the club, and I think that his energy and drive from the right-hand side could be key in forcing the opposition back and stop them from being so aggressive and press-hungry as they have been so far under Ryan Lowe.

West Bromwich Albion vs Peterborough United
Preview: West Bromwich Albion will be hoping that they can turn around their downturn in fortunes and ensure they don’t make it five without victory as they host struggling Peterborough United.

The Baggies will come into this game looking to get back to winning ways, having fallen behind in the race for promotion of late with no wins in their last four league games and picking up just the two points in the process. Albion having struggled recently in front of goal, but they will be hoping that recent signing Daryl Dike – who recoupled his connection with former boss Valerian Ismael after signing on a permanent deal form Orlando City – is the person that will improve their fortunes in front of goal, and after he made his debut from the bench last time out, he will be aiming for a start here. Their most recent outing came against promotion rivals Queens Park Rangers and so with this presenting a very different prospect – against a side struggling and in truth one they should be beating if they want to retain their ambitions of promotion – then Ismael will demand more from his side.

Peterborough United, meanwhile, head to The Hawthorns also painting the picture of a side that is lacking confidence and form, with just one win in their last five league games and back-to-back defeats that leaves them sitting in the relegation places as things stand and three points adrift of Reading, albeit with two games in hand. Forward Callum Morton, who signed for The Posh recently, will be unavailable here as he goes up against his parent club. Goalkeeper Steven Benda, signed from fellow Championship side Swansea City, had to make do with a spot on the bench in his first game after joining, and manager Darren Ferguson may well be tempted to give him his first run out in a Posh shirt here. After losing 4-1 to Coventry City last time out, Ferguson will be eager for his side to show more in their trip North, and at least make a better play of the game than they did against The Sky Blues in which their defensive frailties were once again laid bare.

Prediction: West Bromwich Albion 1-0 Peterborough United
Albion have struggled in front of goal, and they will see this as a big opportunity to get back to winning ways. I am going for a Baggies win here, but only by the odd goal, as Dike scores the winner with his first goal since joining the club as they run out 1-0 winners.

One to Watch: Daryl Dike – The signing of Dike from the MLS has seemingly addressed their attacking problems, or at least The Baggies will be hoping, as he will look to end the season strongly as he did for Barnsley under Ismael.
